Mark Shary – CEO

Founder and former CEO of Hublink and chief strategy officer for Healthcare.com.  The technology pioneered by Hublink and its successor Healthcare.com continues to be one of the most widely used and mission critical applications in healthcare called Cloverleaf.  Today known as Healthvision, the integration software company which led the networking movement in hospitals and IDNs, has thousands of implementations worldwide and is a key component of networked healthcare in nearly every environment.

Mike Witting – Chief Technology Officer

Previously Lead Architect for CheckFree, BestTransport and Verexis.  In each of his prior leadership roles, Mike has created highly scalable, easy-to-use business application architectures for companies needing to transact with the customers thousands of times a day.  This experience translates directly into Updox’s intention to deliver quick results to a large network of practitioners, their patients, and their work partners on those tasks that occur frequently and depend upon good communication and collaboration.

Sean Ramsey – President

Previously Vice President, Business Development for Information Control Corporation, a leading IT professional services firm focused on business intelligence and interactive marketing. In addition, Sean has client-side and consulting experience working with healthcare providers, payers, and pharmacies on how to leverage technology to gain efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve patient communication and outcomes.

Tobin Juday – Director Application Development

Previously Development team lead at CheckFree, BestTransport, and Skybus.  Tobin has also led the development and design of high-performance, highly secure, web-based systems that have served time-sensitive, quality sensitive businesses that demand perfection.  His experience with systems that cannot fail translates directly to Updox’s strict requirements for supporting the accountability of care providers and the privacy of patient information.
