The announcement was made by Greg Shilling, Greenway Vice President of Corporate and Business Development, at the partner-appreciation dinner at ENGAGE, Greenway Health’s annual conference. Held in mid-August in Atlanta, the four-day educational and networking event was attended by more than 2,000 current and potential customers, strategic business partners and Greenway staff.
Updox, which joined the Marketplace in its 2012 inaugural year, enables medical practices and healthcare partners to communicate more effectively with patients and other providers, eliminating fax costs, reducing administrative time, improving patient satisfaction and speeding reimbursement. More than 2,500 Greenway Health practices, representing 5 million patients, use Updox every day to connect healthcare communications and the patient experience.
