Updox is excited to announce that Zach Zettler has been named president of Updox and AlertMD. Zach replaces Michael Morgan, who served in that role since 2012.
Zettler has been a member of the Updox senior leadership team since 2017, serving in COO and SVP of Business Development roles. A proven software industry executive with more than 25 years of successful sales, marketing, customer services, and operations experience, Zettler previously held senior business development and operational leadership positions with other fast-growing technology companies.
In December 2020, Updox was acquired by EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform. Following that, Updox joined with AlertMD, an organization that provides health systems with front office, care coordination and communication, and back office solutions. While operating separate solutions, the two organizations share leadership, sales, marketing and support teams.
