Micah Grossman
Senior Vice President, Operations
Micah joins Updox adding 25+ years of diverse management experience leading growth and transformation via people, products, and services in both start-up and established businesses. He provides operational expertise building organizations from the ground up, revitalizing processes in established enterprises, and directing high-stakes initiatives. Prior to this role, he held executive positions with other healthcare and technology organizations, including MDTech; Joycare Pediatric Day Health Center, and Hamilton Vascular.
Mike Harris
Senior Vice President, Technology
Mike is a respected IT expert with a diverse background working for international, national, and start-up organizations. He brings more than 25 years of experience to this role, including expertise in enterprise scalability, application performance, strategic planning, technology roadmaps, and Agile development. He previously held technology leadership roles with Ecommerce, Pillar Technology, Skybus Airlines, Best Transport, and CheckFree, and presents regularly on topics including innovation, engagement, and Agile methodology.
Jeff Bzdawka
Senior Vice President, Development
With experience across strategy, innovation, and product management, Jeff brings expertise in creating enterprise-level applications, creating hosted software solutions from data management to critical alert systems, and managing technology teams to create industry-leading solutions for healthcare. An accomplished executive and application developer, he is a co-founder and solution architect of AlertMD and previously worked for TravelCLICK.
Chris McFaul
Senior Director, Product
A critical thinker and strategic problem solver, Chris leads the Product team to create innovative solutions for our healthcare customers and their businesses. He has a broad background in product management, healthcare technology, and solutions architecture. His previous experience includes product management expertise in supporting HIT clinical portfolios across private practices, employer, LTPAC, and rural community hospitals.
